Prerequisite(s): Successful completion of HPHL 1010, HPHL 1021, HPHL 1110, and HPHL 1120
Student performance of introductory, fundamental and advanced phlebotomy skills for instructor evaluation in preparation for clinical experiences is included. Students spend at least 100 hours of supervised preceptor clinical hours in a variety of health care sites in order to obtain necessary course requirements. Students must successfully perform 10 skin punctures and 100 unaided venipunctures to complete the program. (Lab).
