Students will learn of the career opportunities available in the automotive field as well as safety factors relating to the automotive service industry. Students will be introduced to responsibilities performed and the tools used in the automotive service industry. Topics include the following: careers, chemicals used in automotive service, tools and equipment used, certification requirements, and OSHA and EPA regulations.
