A course in which students are introduced to the concepts of disease. Pathology and disease, as they relate to various radiographic procedures, are discussed. Topics include terminology, morphological classifications of disease for each body system, the role of radiology/medical imaging in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases, and alterations in standard imaging procedures.
